Research Properties, Inc. is an
apartment management company that has strived to provide
great service in the Louisville Kentucky and Southern
Indiana area since 1981. Our goal is to provide a home with
great service at a price that delivers GREAT VALUE. Rental
rates start at $429 for a one bedroom, from $499 for a two
bedroom, and from $609 for a three bedroom. Some properties
have models which you are welcome to view, however most
prospective residents like to see the exact apartment,
carpet color, location and condition from which they have to
choose. Not all apartments are identical, however all market
ready apartments have been serviced for repairs, freshly painted, carpets shampooed, and completely cleaned before a
new resident moves in. Updated kitchen appliances and mini
blinds are furnished. We welcome prospective residents to
visit our properties and see for themselves.
OUR MISSION: To exceed the expectations of our residents and
provide outstanding service with a clean and quiet home. One
way we do that is by maintaining reasonable standards and
responding promptly to request. This requires resident
cooperation and common courtesy. Many of our customers are
long term residents and we think you will find them to be
great neighbors and possibly friends. The following are our
guidelines:
-
Identity confirmed with valid U.S. Government issued photo
I.D. - Gross monthly
income of at least three times the monthly rent or
sufficient savings to pay the rent.
