Properties, Inc. staff is responsible for making resident
concerns their top priority. Property management requires
many skills to coordinate maintenance service and provide
the needed attention to residents. Our managers take special
care to accommodate the needs of the residents and make
their apartment a home. Our GOAL is to make apartment living
as carefree as possible. When something does go wrong in the
apartment, our management team is only a phone call away.
After normal business hours, our Answering Service is
available at 363-8910
and will direct
urgent or emergency calls to our skilled maintenance staff
to quickly respond to the problem. It is standard company
procedure to periodically inspect all the apartments and
look for needed repairs. During this inspection, air filters
are changed and smoke detectors are checked. Preventive
maintenance is one way of anticipating needed service and
identifying potential problems before they can disrupt your
home. A simple preventative maintenance item like regularly
changing the air
filters makes your heating or air-conditioning more efficient
and helps reduce utility bills. Come see for yourself, the
